The tracker shows the vessel's live position on the map, the ship's details and the ETA of the operation. Each client only sees their own cargo.

What do I need to track my cargo?

The operation number your La Rodzina advisor gave you, plus your name and your email.

How often is the vessel's position updated?

The position is taken live from the maritime tracking system, so it reflects the ship's current location.

What does the status “Departure confirmed” mean?

It means the vessel has sailed and your cargo is on its way.

Can I see the estimated arrival date?

Yes, the tracker shows the ETA, that is, the estimated date of arrival at destination.
